Shipping policy

Free shipping

All prices include shipping and applicable taxes. What you see is what you pay. The only exception is deliveries to Tasmania and the Northern Territory in Australia, where a small remote-area fee is shown at checkout.

Where we ship

We currently ship to 24 EU countries (all EU member states except Bulgaria, Croatia and Malta), the United Kingdom, Japan and Australia. We do not deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Azores or Madeira, or to DHL Packstations.

How orders are fulfilled

Orders are dispatched from Amazon fulfilment centres within the EU, and from local centres for the United Kingdom, Japan and Australia. Parcels may carry Amazon branding. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.

Estimated delivery times

Germany: 1 to 3 business days. Other EU countries: 3 to 7 business days. United Kingdom: 2 to 4 business days. Japan: 1 to 3 business days. Australia: 2 to 7 business days. Times are estimates from dispatch and may vary during peak periods.

Customs and duties

Because orders ship from within your region, no import duties or customs fees apply.
